Whilst our ERT programmes are flexible, and unique to your organisation, at its core, we focus on the following key elements delivered in 11 unit modules:

Emergency First Response
The first module covers emergency first response skills including CPR and AED usage. The development of this module gives delegates the basic skills needed to assist people with injuries or facing life threatening situations. The course also looks at the internal policy of emergency response to ensure that all members of the ERT team are up to speed.

Fire Management and Safety
This unit outlines a much deeper understanding of the root causes of fire, the management systems that can be put in place to prevent and manage them and also provide delegates with the necessary skills to deal with small fires. The scenario drills for the FMS unit draw in skills learned from the EFR unit.

Water Rescue
With water sports and pool side relaxation one of the key factors of any Phuket holiday, ensuring your water areas are safe and protected is of paramount importance. This unit provides delegates, even those who themselves cannot swim, with the necessary skill set to save lives. The unit once again dovetails with the EFR unit and also the FMS unit to ensure continual learning of each skill set.

Table Top Scenarios
Throughout the programme, delegates will be split into small teams and presented with various real life scenarios to solve. It is from these sessions that the team themselves will start to identify key policy procedures and if the team themselves are responsible for policy creation, they are far more likely to remember it and implement it.

Team Drills
The programme concludes with 2 live drills on site at the client premises, encompassing all the skills learned during the course. The purpose of the drills being to test the skills learned, but also critically, to ensure that the emergency policies created are workable.
